While Gayle oversees the broader direction of the business, clients and staff, Operations Manager Brooke Molina and Financial Planner Chris Collins focus on the day-to-day operations and guidance. Supported by a skilled and committed team, they ensure our clients receive responsive support, accurate advice, and the exceptional service they have come to expect from us.

Gayle Alchin
Gayle Alchin is the Managing Director of the Ballast Group of Companies with over 25 years of experience working within accounts departments in the motor industry and steel industry.

Gayle has worked at Ballast for over 15 years and oversees all the facets of business within the Ballast divisions, constantly facilitating and administrating the company for her staff and her clients.
Operations Manager
Brooke Molina
As Operations Manager, Brooke drives daily efficiency and financial health, managing her team while simultaneously giving her clients hands-on support.
With over 12 years experience in accounting and taxation and 20 years experience in corporate administration and compliance, Brooke ensures seamless day-to-day workflows and optimised business operations that support her client's long-term growth.

Chris Collins
Chris Collins is an experienced, highly qualified financial adviser with a heavy focus on Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, wealth management and direct equities.
With his Master of Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) and Diploma in Financial Planning combined with his accrued knowledge and experience he is certainly a valuable addition to Ballast.
