Settlement Services
Blaze Conveyancing is an independent settlement agency which is dedicated to looking after your best interests. It is fully owned and operated by Elaine Blazejczyk, a licensed Settlement Agent who has been assisting clients with the settlement of real estate properties for over 20 years. During that time she has earned an excellent reputation for providing a professional and efficient service.
Operating under the banner of Blaze Conveyancing since 1997, Elaine has become a prominent figure in the settlement industry. Testimony to her reputation is the growing proportion of settlements resulting from personal referral or repeat business.
Fees are regulated by the Settlement Agent Act and a scale of maximum charges is fixed by the Settlement Agents Supervisory Board. Fees are determined by the value of your property and are calculated on a sliding scale. All fees however are negotiable and Blaze Conveyancing is happy to discuss them with you.
